It’s my most favorite day of the year! Well, one of them. I do love March 2 (Piper’s Birthday), and July 30 (Nash’s) too. But October 26 holds a special place in my heart. Today marks 13 years of loving the same good man, and nine of sharing his last name. Cheers to today and many, many happy years ahead, Lord willing. And bonus points as long as he continues to help Piper with her math homework (I’m not smarter than a 1st grader apparently), kill the bugs that sneak into our house and give foot rubs after a long day (once the kids are tucked in for the night and the house is quiet).
That is the good stuff.
